I'm Helena, a designer living in Barcelona

I'm Helena, an Industrial and UI/UX Designer. Born and raised in Santa Pau, in a farmhouse up to 12 y/o and later on in a small city called Olot. When I turned 18 I moved to live and study in Barcelona.

I started studying design to help people. I like how we interact with the world around us and how technology leads to different ways of solving all kinds of problems. So for me, user first is a must in any situation.
I like to spend some time investigating before I start any project, so I can know the most about the topic and how people use any tool.

When I'm not designing you can find me playing videogames (specialy the Zelda series), drawing or painting, and in some cases crocheting my own clothes.

3 things that I love

Animals, specially Hades

I've always lived with animals and my main companion now is Hades, my chihuahua.
Long walks or playing sessions with him keep me happy at any time.

Designing or improving things

I sometimes like to rethink designs, or make new ones to push myself into new challenges for fun.

Also, I like to make my own things if I can so I sometimes make my own clothes or other little objects I know how to create.

Video games and science

If I can mix them both, its marvelous.

I like too keep me updated with science news, and to clean my head, play some videogames.
